Interested to get people's opinions on best wheel set up for a TT bike. Let's say cost not being a big factor. Make sure you name the specific manufacturer i.e. don't just say disk wheel, say Zipp disc etc.

I think it depends on the rider, course - technical or flat and the wind direction.
Fast set up Zipp 1080 front Zipp 909 disc or Zipp Sub 9 disc (depending in the rider)

Old-school Hed thread on FW disc. Ghetto circa 1994 Specialized Trispoke up front. Hands down. Plus the speed wobbles are free.

I hated my tri spokes, very over rated, especially in head/tail winds. And unless your wrench really really knows how to glue and you want to re-glue every year, clinchers roll better. My vote in low wind is Jet 90/Jet disc (C2 version optimized for 23mm tires). For more wind a 60mm Jet C2 is better on the front. And 90% of people over inflate. I'm not a great cyclist compared to roadies (I do OK in Du's though), but have Pb'd every TT with a Jet 60/90 combo with Michelin Pro3's and Latex tubes, and I only run 90 psi +/- 5 psi dependent on temperature.
That said, getting a positon that is more aero than comfortable makes more difference. But then you need a good chiro...
