Route?

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forums and thought of no better place to ask this.

I do a lot of indoor training on the spin bike seeing as I do not own a trainer and cannot make it to the trails everyday, but as some of you may know, spin bike is not the most interesting thing in the world. I would simply like to know what route you all follow on the roads that would be safe for one person on a mountain bike. I live in white-oaks near Chris to give you an idea of possible options. Thank you very much.

Hi Carl,

Head south on White Oaks road. It is a bit busy until you hit Exeter, and then from Exeter to Dingman there is some moderate traffic, but after Dingman the roads are very quiet. You can turn left at the overpass and continue on White Oaks road to Scotland road or to Glanworth road. Pretty much all the roads Southwest of White Oaks and Dingman are good roads to ride on. Print off a Map quest map of the roads SW of that intersection and you should be good to go!
