Has anyone given any thought to getting off and running certain portions of the uphills at Kelso.......maybey to give the legs a chance to breathe.

What would be the best area of the course to run. ie. The single track climb or the double track climb.

From what I understand the course is the same as last year, so if anyone has done a pre-ride could you post up you're thoughts.

Thanks

Hi Wheels.... I pre rode last week, yes it is same as last year and if dry the whole thing is rideable. I have heard that running up the one little climb skid mark is wise and might be easier on the body and faster. I think the tech stuff will depend on if you are in a group or alone and can pick the line you want. Some of the rock sections there is one good way through so getting off and running might also be faster. If wet, its every man for himself. There will be lots of Hike a Bike.
