Weekend Rides will be 9am from Missing link both days lead by Paul Choquette. Here are the details:
Saturday 9am from Missing Link. 2.5-3 hrs 6 sprints with no restrictions. Remainder of ride in Z2.
Sunday 9am from Missing Link. 2-3 hrs. 4*5 min Z4 pieces 1:1 work to rest ratio. Remainder of ride in Z2.
Have a good weekend of riding. I will be thinking of you while I am in Windsor drinking cheap homeade wedding wine.
