Weekend Ride Report June 17/18

Wanted to hear some feedback on how the weekend rides went.

How where sprints, who was looking strong? Who was strong during the 20 minute pieces?

Relic and I had a good time riding with the Provincial Track team. Hot but fun.

Weekend was a Craig Browne benefit. He was strongest sprinter and strongest in 20 minutes pieces, though I suspect he was well through Z4. Best not to put him and Ted V. into a situation like that, they haven't learned to go slow like the master of slow, the Superstar. Very impressive ride by Ryan who hung on well for the first Z4 piece and in the second one he rode for about 8 minutes by himself in between Ted/Craig and Tony/Paul. He paid the price later in the ride though! That kid is strong.

when I was riding in the group for the 20 min z4 efforts i dropped way down to middle z2, so wen i was at the front I had to get it back up to z4 and thats wen i lost everyone. so the second z4 effort I rode it in my small chain ring and my 3rd and 4th easiest cog for 16 minutes of the 20 minutes to make sure i would stay with the group, but ted and I lost them anyway.
