68 kg, 150 lb same as last week to my scale's resolution (though I had pre-workout meal before weigh-in, brain was slow at 530 AM).

196lbs today. That is 2 lbs down from when I started this challenge and about 8 lbs down from what I was before the previous challenge. Goal is 188 lbs, so progress is pretty good. Been eating very minimal treats and just plain eating a bit less.

On vacation last week so I'm still at 211lbs

I’m up 1 pound from last week… that’s down 4 in total.

I’ve been feeling tired all week and the work outs have suffered as a result. I’ll keep this weekends the turkey dinners in check by doing plenty of 10 speedin’. I’ll get back on track next week.

I'm going the wrong way! 174.6 Lbs. At this rate I'll be 195 by Christmas. ouch!!!!

Hi, I am at 148 this week. No panic up 2 lbs.
Just leaving for Turkey in a few min. should be up even more by 6ish:D

Should be lighter by next weight in.

I sit here in my own little world out in the Rocky mountians, and live my life through this forum. Now I am simply providing some advice. As a former champion of a Coach Chris weight loss challenge, you people are missing a very important fact. YOU NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. See gaining weight is really a bad idea. Just my two cents worth, and no I have nothing better to do at 11:30PM then write this note.
