151 lb at 5 AM. Large supper in PM, unchanged.

I'm the same as last week. My total weight loss is 6 pounds. I'm actually quite surprised that I didn't go up... I had an M&M binge at the movies on Wednesday night.
I'm getting in some decent riding but not enough to get the calorie deficit up. Maybe some club riding this weekend will help turn things around.

Still the same at 196lbs. Down 2 lbs since the start of the contest, which I suppose is decent for this time of year and reduced training volume. Down 7 lbs from mid summer and the start of the previous contest. Starting a bit more training volume so hopefully weight will slowly drop.

Started out at 170 and weighed in Fri at 172. Not bad considering I was off the bike for the whole week.
Now I should explain that 170Lbs has been determined as my ideal weight. (after my last test with Chris).
I am using this as a way to be held accountable and help keep my weight in check for the off season.(this is my first off season and I used to weigh a lot more,peaked at 199lbs about 2 years ago and I do not want to ever be back there again.)
Back on the bike tonight and tomorrow I hit the gym for the first time with a real plan of attack.
should be fun!
