148 lb, plus squatting 4 plates x 8 (3-0-2-0) Friel style in good form, so maybe some muscle is growing.

Okay Chris, I finally figured the tech out!! My Weight for the record is 177. I ve been sick for last week so training has been limited to the couch!

Good to see you on the board Tom! We will definately be doing a New Year Healthy Weight Challenge that you can also get in on from the start.

Alas I put back on the pound I lost last week. No riding since Tuesday, which never helps the weigh in. Back to 196lbs. Starting Base 1 phase with bigger volume as of today, so weight should start to come off.

Missed last week because I was MTBing in North Carolina. Lots of volume but I am still at 172lbs. This confuses me. With the calories I was burning and decent(not great) eating habits I figured I would lose big time:confused: Does the body store up calories in an attempt to prepare for the next days suffering(Alot of climbing:D ) with crazy fun steeps going down. I went over the bars 4 freakin times.

Asheville seems like the perfect cycling destination for both road and MTB.

What a BLAST:D
