A trend seems to be forming with one good ride on the powercranks followed by one tougher day. Sunday I ventured out with Tony and Jason Everaert. I felt unbelievably good on the cranks. Led out for sprints fairly effectively and had no problems. Almost felt effortless and easily completed 2.5 hrs. Average speed was around 26 kp/h.
Today I rode with Relic, Vedova, Mike and we ran into a rider named Joe from Columbia. The cranks were a much bigger effort today. Still not terrible, but the 2.25 hours wasn't nearly as pleasurable. Might have been partly due to the fact that Sunday was a work and stress free day and today was a busy enough morning in the office. Average speed was about 27 kp/h, so that was decent.
Tomorrow I am heading out with Graydon. God help me....
