Who was the cc rider in the paper yesterday?

Is he ok? I couldn't see who it was from the picture. It looked pretty bad though, hopefully things aren't too serious.

The rider was Dave Williams. Friend of mine, doesn't race but has CC clothes. He is fine, it looked worse than it was. Not only was he fine, he thinks his bike is ok as well :)
