An excellent week of eating like a bird and huge mileage, got in a 192km ride in last Sunday.

Morning weight 135.

Total loss now 5 pounds.

No access to a scales this week, but it will be interesting to see what I weigh in at after training camp with Palmer. Training camp is funny, you ride 3.5-4 hrs per day, but you are ALWAYS hungry. I tried my best to keep things in Check while in Clermont, next week will tell the story.

Admittedly, possibly a little dehydrated this morning when I weighed myself, but even if it's a full pound lower than it should, I am confident the loss is real. Even after 5-hour rides in the hot summer, I never was under 170 by the end.

No real change from last week, but probably ate a little to much this past week, portion control will help for next weeks weigh in

155.5 lbs this morning 4% drop so far
150 goal

I was a little surprised that I dropped anything. After two rides in the past week and a half, and not having slept in two days, I hardly thought any weight loss would be accomplished. With a few exams left next week I'll be ramping up the riding to prepare for South Carolina which should help burn a little more poundage. Five weeks to drop 5.5 pounds should be very close to doable.

Happy with a 1.5 lb drop over training camp and progress thus far. Goal 188 by Good Friday.
