Weekend Rides will be as follows:
Saturday 9am from my place. 6 sprints on the new sprint route. No rules for when they can start. Remainder of ride in Z2. 2-3 hr ride depening on where you turn off.
Sunday 9am from my place. We will do the 2x20 route. The group will split up with those who raced Saturday or did the TT Thursday staying back and riding in Z2 and the other riders doing 2x20 minute first 15 min Z4, last 5 min Z5 race simulation. Z4/Z5 riders will turn around after the intervals to collect everyone. Total ride time 3 hrs.
Hope to see a good group out on the weekend.
