Probably would have hit my target if it weren't for all the travelling around. Despite that, I'm pretty pleased with actual weight loss rather than my typical weight gain over the cold months. Looking forward to getting popped on big hills in a couple of weeks too.

After a week of coffee fueled middle of the night study sessions I dropped about half a pound from last week. That puts me down at 152.5, from a starting weight of 162. I am quite pleased with the result, though I feel I may be at an advantage having put most of the weight on over the final exam period/holidays in November December.

Losing the weight was fairly easy with some simple diet and lifestyle changes. To continue with a trend of dropping ~1 pound a week for most of the challenge was good for me, especially through two tough test blocks. When I was getting more sleep it was much easier to lose weight because I was not trying to conjure some late night energy from food instead of sleep. Sooo
