Weekend rides will be from Missing Link both days. Wannabe will lead the rides both days. Here are the details.
Saturday 9am from Missing Link. 6 sprints with no limitations. Remainder of ride in fairly strict Z2. 2.5-3 hrs depending on where you turn off.
Sunday 9am from Missing Link. 2x20 minutes strict Z4 pieces. Remainder of ride
in Z2. 2.5-3 hrs total ride time.
