This week Downloadable Programs were launched and are now available on the site.
There are 12 week fall training programs for Road and MTB. They are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced and available with strenth training or without. These are very detailed programs, the 12 week programs with strength are up to 38 pages in length.
There is also just Endurance Specific Strength Programs for people that don't want a full program but want a professionally designed strength plan. Finally there is nutrition info also available seperately.
These programs are ideal for someone that wants a professionaly designed program but doesn't want to commit to personalized coaching.
