I got the insoles just before we moved. Haven't had a chance to do the heating process yet with the move. I should get to it this week and will let you know how it goes.

it is good, doing some sprint intervals on thursday. did some tt stuff the beginning of the month, and started some weights. going to hit the gym hard the begining of oct. i might be in town in october sometime, i will come out and do the sat sprint workout with you guys. should be interesting:)
