First Ride

First ride with the Sole insoles. Felt a bit strange, basically elevated a bit with the insoles especially the arch support. I was having some "hot foot" issues, which was why I am giving these a try. I still got some hot foot after about 2hrs on the ride today. I did sprint ok with them, which is good. I am going to give them a good couple weeks try to see if I adjust to them.

Today was about my 4th ride with the insoles as I have also been riding my cross bike with different shoes. They felt good today. A little different, but no hot foot. The hot foot is usually in the heat though, and today was pretty cool. I think perhaps I didn't heat them up enough when I molded them, so I may try another heat/mold.
