199.5 lbs, same as last week. Nutrition hasn't been great with a busy week. This week I plan to:

get back to eating All Bran for Breakfast every day
get back to having 2 shakes a day with water, vanilla Whey Isolate, Flax oil and fruit
Minimize treats
Drink lots of water
Eat less at night after dinner

164 lbs today, minus 1 lb. Gotta love how the morining brew helps with weight loss. Guess if I weigh again this afternoon, I'll be the same as last week. Not bad after almost a week off of the bike and only 1 weight workout.
