Same as last week, 148.6 but I started weights, so at least 2 lb is new muscle.

I'm pretty sure the reason is, I have increased the weights a little and all of last week in Las Vegas didn't help.

Tell me you took a trip to The Gun Store. The M249 SAW is the most legal fun you can have in that town. I've always wanted to go there on a Tuesday. Tuesday is "Ladies Day" at the Gun Store. Would love to see the talent showing up for that.

The Big Show did not make it to the gun store. The Big Show enjoyed the company at the Black Jack tables and the night time US crit race. The Big Show was to busy to play with guns.

Up a bit from last week. Did start weights this week, which might have something to do with it. Eating fairly well, but training volume is down a fair amount with transition phase and doing shorter runs etc.

Starting Monday I will be more accounable as I am going to start keeping a food log for Marty each week.

126 even. Down two and a bit from last week. Being unable to eat due to migraine may have had an impact.

177Lbs.......Its hard to lose weight when you have not been on your bike for 2 weeks.... I won't get rollin till after turkey day....then the Lbs are coming off.....ya right!
