As we approach the deadline any hopes of seeing my $50 again have completely vanished. Sibo and JaJa have both posted some very impressive numbers on an absolute basis, though not sure who wins on a % basis.
Based on Sibo's post on his plan for the winnings I'm pulling for him. After he buys himself a Medium skin suit we can all get together and talk about manly things like low cal cooking, low carb recipes and leg shaving and a host of other manly topis.
If JaJa wins I'm concerned he'd just spend his money on some one-toothed hooker in jeans and a cowboy hat.
Having said all that, I'm up 1 pound week over week to 181.5. I blame the slip on missing 3 rides last week which does absolutely no good in creating a calorie deficit.

Similar to Wanna B I am also up 1 pound this week. A bit inconsistent on training and not as strict as I should be on eating. Still down 4 lbs for the contest which is only 2lbs short of my goal.
Now we wait for Sibo and Ja Ja to post to see who wins.
After this contest I am going to run a "Healthy Weight Contest" There will be no entry fee and prize will be a CC 2007 Jersey and Shorts. This contest will be longer (likely 3 months) and be as much about being accountable as quick weight loss.
Well I hit my goal weight, 189 .... Dropped 14 lbs. I probablly could continue but there is no need. I not only lost the weight but I have been told I look much younger.....I might have slipped out of the OGG category .... Power seemed good and speed is good also. I will try to maintain 190 just because. I do think I lost the most but I think that body % science experiment thing will be my downfall... That Flyweight JaJa better send a pic before he can collect the loot if he succeeds.... we can have Graydon analyse it with calipers or something to verify. Good work to all Dieters and I think we should try to go out for a couple of hours for a bite somewhere and invite everyone who wants to go. Maybe do a group ride to Mackies in Port stanley have lunch check out the sites and blast home ..... any takers. Could also have a person or two drive there and those who want to get driven back can get a lift.........

I like the idea of a ride down to Port Stanley. We've got a holiday weekend coming up and Monday the 7th - after Provincials - may be a prime opportunity?
Well boys the final number was 129.5. So total weight loss was 12.5 pounds. The last week was hard as I increased my running to make sure I would stay on course. I did a little trick told to me by Graydon of running 10 miles before bed, and eating nothing after the run. Maybe it was the 1/2 pound I so craved to break 130. I am now at the weight I was in high school. I will write my story and lessons learned later, it is time to head out for my daily tour of the mountians.
