Weekend Rides will be was follows:

Saturday 9am from my place. 2-3 hrs 6 sprints on the usual route. Sprints must be started within 500 meters of the finish. Remainder of ride in strict Z2.

Sunday 9am from my place. 2.5-3 hrs. 2 x MAP ladders as follows:

1 min Z5
2 min Z2
1.5 min Z5
2 min Z2
2 min Z5
2 min Z2
1.5 min Z5
2 min Z2
1 min Z5

Something a bit different to try. These workouts will be quite hard. Likely the group will not stay together, but we can regroup after the Z5 sections.
