With everyone so Carbon Crazy and the advent of the P3 Carbon and now P4 you can find some P3 Aluminum bikes at good prices. Super aero and fast. Haven't heard of any longevity issues with them. I say find a good used P3 Aluminum and get a fast wheel set up.

Wheels! you don't want a TT bike. You want a track bike! Much cheaper and much better benefits!

Why ride a cervelo when you can ride a cannondale! I think i know this guy who has a preeeeeetty sweet track bike for sale.

Keep an eye on the canadiancyclist.com classifieds. There's some decent TT frames up on their "Frame Only" section right now.

Edit: D'oh. Looks like they're all carbon P3 frames. Not so cheap, either.

I have to say Chris is on the mark with this one if budget is concern. Keep your eye on the different classifieds.
I will keep my ear to the ground for you.
