I have Charlie change my Polar batteries, but he isn't back from Mexico yet. I remember someone saying they had their Polar Battery changed at a place in Masonville Mall. Anyone have a store name or another Watch shop that can change them?

I think it's called Dan's jewellers, next to the Silvercity. They've changed mine twice

Thanks Mel. Looked it up and it is called Dan's Jewellers. Right beside Silver City like you said. See you for testing tomorrow at 2:00 pm.

Little bittie phillips screwdriver and some patience and you can do it yourself.

Put a piece of white cloth on the kitchen table in case you drop a screw.

Done mine 3 or 4 time over the years without ever having any issue.

If you can change a flat you can change the battery.

See I knew the PEng you have would come in handy someday....

Don't mistake a little mechanical aptitude for a professional designation whose only tangible benefit is a crappy magazine. There was a time when Engineers were amongst the entrusted members of society who could act as a passport guarantors, but now anybody can do it!

Howz it hangin by the way JaJa? Some of us were talking old times the other day and wondering where you were at and what you were up to. Seems like a long time since you've been gone and we've been wondering if you're still planning on heading back this way. We also talked about starting a pool to see who could guess how many honeys you've got on the go. You'd be a perfect candidate for one of those multiple secret lives guys.

Inquiring minds want to know.

You can also get it done at Cycles London for those who want to keep it in the bike shops :D

Does Paul do it, or does he send it away? I rely on my polar for downloads, so not keen on sending it away and not having a watch for a week or so.
