Endurance Strength Routines
Coach Chris offers Strength programs are for cyclists, triathletes or runner's that want an endurance specific strength program without a riding or running component.
All 12 week programs have very detailed descriptions of how to perform exercises and select the proper resistance. All Exercises have before and after photos included.
Strength programs are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced. Core only programs are also available.
Beginner programs are for athletes with no or little strength training experience.
Intermediate programs are for athletes with a moderate amount of strength training experience.
