Mountain Bike (MTB) Cycling Training Plans
All MTB Training Plans: $29 CND
Coach Chris offers 12 week Mountain Bike Programs. There will be some training on the Road, but athletes can use a Mountain Bike on the Road if they do not have a Road Bike.
12 week programs are divided by season Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. A Strength Component is available for Fall and Winter Program.
There are Programs available in the Spring and Summer for those that do a Wednesday night or Thursday night race series.
Beginner, intermediate and advanced level programs are offered by Coach Chris.
Beginner programs are for riders fairly new to the sport or who have limited time availability. Beginner programs are 4-5 days per week and rides range from 1hr to 2.5 hrs. Beginner programs are ideal for those that may not be competitive but would also be good for someone who eventually may want to race or do Citizen Events.
Intermediate programs are for athletes with some riding experience. They are well ideal for serious recreational riders or Sport level racers. Programs are usually 5 days per week and rides range from 1.5-3hrs.
Advanced programs are for athletes who have racing experience and good time availability. Programs are 5-6 days per week. Rides range from 1.5-4 hrs. These programs are well suited for Expert or Pro Elite Riders.
