Road Cycling Training Plans
All Road Training Plans: $29 CND
Coach Chris Offers 12 week programs for athletes that mostly train and or race on a Road Bike.
12 week programs are bases on season Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. A strength component is available with the Fall and Winter Programs.
In Spring and Summer Coach Chris offers Programs for those that do a Tuesday night race Series.
12 Week Programs are available for all Seasons of the year in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
Beginner programs are for riders fairly new to the sport or who have limited time availability. Beginner programs are 4-5 days per week. Training is 1hr to 2.5 hrs depending on the time of year. Beginner Programs are good for those that might not race but may be interested in doing some Fondos or Club events or eventually racing.
Intermediate programs are geared to athletes with some riding experience. They are good for serious recreational riders or for beginner-intermediate competitive cyclists or most masters cyclists. Programs are typically 5 days per week and rides range from 1.5-3hrs depending on the time of year.
Advanced programs are for athletes who have racing experience and good time availability. Programs are 5-6 days per week. Rides range from 1.5-4 hrs. Programs are ideal for Senior 1/2/3 riders and experienced masters athletes.
